We are looking for the best drivers in the industry to haul our driver friendly freight throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
How we roll:
OPENNESS: You receive a copy of the rate confirmations and complete fuel discounts. Nothing marked down or modified - what you see is what you get.
DISPATCHERS: Best in the business. Incentive base on revenue put on your truck. If you're not making money, neither are they.
PAY: Our schedule is weekly from Tuesday to Monday - paid on Friday. Loads you deliver on Monday get paid on Friday.
WEIGHT STATION BYPASS: Optional Prepass available with low pull in rates - saves time, saves fuel and saves money.
ELD and DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE: We use Samsara for our ELD solution and create an account for our owner operators to have access to their diagnostics codes and maintenance logs.
EQUIPMENT: 2023/24 Air-ride 53' trailers. No trailer lease or regular maintenance fees to you - that is on us.
24/7 ROADSIDE ASSITANCE:Included at no charge; Towing (up to 2 hours), flat tire assistance, oil fluid and water service, fuel delivery service, lockout/replacement key service, battery jump start, winching/extraction, light mechanic service.
TRUCK WASH: Clean both the truck and trailer at any Blue Beacon once a month
on us. We want you looking good.

Clean MVR - no tickets, no accidents, no violations.

Job Requirements:
- 2 Years Verifiable CDL A Experience Required
- Clean MVR
- No More Than 3 Minor Preventables in The Last 5 Years
- No More Than 1 Major Preventable in The Last 5 Years
- No DUI/DWI/DVI in the Last Ten Years
- Must Meet FMCSA
- Must Be 2014
